Newsgroups: The newsgroup covering cricket generally and occasionally containing references to Women's Cricket is rec.sport.cricket. Of particular interest to followers of cricket in the UK is uk.sport.cricket. The "noise" level on these groups has become very high in recent times, however, and some of the more useful contributors have withdrawn. You will also find a few contributors who are openly hostile to the women's game, to the point of making sexist remarks. If you take neither and are considering a newsgroup I would suggest trying uk.sport.cricket first if you are a UK resident.
